First login
Your administrator provisioned an account for you in CraftBot. This page covers everything you need from your first sign-in through your first few minutes in the app.
What you need
- The CraftBot URL for your workspace (provided by your admin — usually of the form
app.<your-domain>). - Your work email address.
- The password your admin shared with you.
The sign-in screen

The form is bilingual — use the EN / عربي toggle at the bottom to switch the sign-in copy to Arabic (the toggle also flips text direction to right-to-left for that language).
Signing in
- Open the CraftBot URL in a modern browser (Chrome, Edge, Safari, or Firefox — current versions).
- Enter your Work Email and Password.
- Tick Remember this device if you want your session to survive closing the browser tab on the device you’re using. Leave it off on shared computers.
- Click Sign in. You’ll land on the Dashboard.
Where you land
Every user lands on the Dashboard after sign-in regardless of role. From there the left side rail surfaces the workspaces your role is allowed to use:
| Role | What you can reach from the side rail |
|---|---|
agent | Inbox, Contacts |
supervisor | Inbox, Contacts, Recipes (read), Dashboard, Analytics, Reports |
admin | Everything above, plus Integrations, Settings, Users & Roles, Audit Trail |
super_admin | Same as admin, plus tenant-level configuration |
readonly | Contacts, Recipes (read), Dashboard, Analytics, Reports |

If you don’t see a workspace you expect, your role doesn’t grant it. Ask your admin to adjust your role under Settings → Users & Roles.
Forgot your password
The Forgot password? link on the sign-in screen is reserved for a future release and is currently disabled. If you can’t sign in, contact your workspace administrator and they can reset your password from Settings → Users & Roles.
Single Sign-On
If your administrator has connected CraftBot to your organisation’s identity provider, the sign-in screen shows a Sign in with {provider name} button. Click it to authenticate with your corporate account (Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, or Google Workspace) — you’ll be redirected to your identity provider and then back into CraftBot, passing briefly through a “Completing sign-in…” screen.
Your workspace can have more than one identity provider enabled at the same time — for example Microsoft Entra ID and Google Workspace. When that’s the case the sign-in screen shows one button per enabled provider, stacked together, and you pick the one for the account you want to sign in with. When only one provider is configured you simply see a single button.
If no SSO provider is configured for your workspace, the Single Sign-On (SSO) button stays disabled and all sign-ins use email and password. Admins configure providers under Settings → Single Sign-On.
Account lockout
After five failed sign-in attempts the account is temporarily locked for 15 minutes. This is a brute-force protection — wait it out, or ask your admin to clear the lockout immediately.
Theme and status
Once you’re in the app, the top bar carries a theme toggle (sun / moon icon) and an agent status picker. Theme is per-user and persists across sessions. See Navigating the app for the full tour.
